Go HERE to see more photos from the all weekend's parties and tag yourself and your friends! This weekend, L.A. was filled with various BBQs, pool parties and music-fueled events to celebrate the 4th of July in style.  We sent our team out to canvas the city, from the beaches to downtown, documenting everything from the Friday night “Pre-Indepence Day” events to the post-fireworks Sunday night fiestas.

Boobytrap’s 4th of July Rooftop Bash

Go HERE for more photos from Sync Up Video and tag yourself and your friends! The Independence Day festivities on the roof of The Standard Downtown continued throughout the weekend for those who chose to forgo the legendary traffic to the coast. At Sunday night's pool party presented by Boobytrap , guests donned leather and knee highs to fit in with crowd of folks who persistently try not to blend in.

Swimming With Sharks Downtown For The 4th

Go HERE for more photos by Sync Up Video and tag yourself and your friends! While many hit the coast for the beaches, a group of young, American Apparel -loving Angelenos got their drank on at the rooftop pool of The Standard Downtown for the Swimming with Sharks Independence Day fiesta on Saturday afternoon. Even though the sacred holiday would not arrive until the following day, the group was feeling extra proud to be Americans and got a head start on the patriotic celebrations. Partiers sported fedoras, bikinis, and a vast array of 80s revival sunglasses as they splashed around in the pool, got silly on the dance floor and popped bottles, all in the name of the U.S.A, of course.  And really, what's more American than jello shots, teeny bikinis, water guns, and a proper pool party?

Go HERE for more photos from Jason Thompson and tag yourself and your friends! Scenesters and DJ's collaborated for a night of fresh beats, poolside lounging, and floaties at the weekly Nightswim!, hosted at the Roosevelt's Tropicana Bar last night. Once past the tightly guarded door, protected by the black lace-wearing door girl (no clipboard involved, she knew who belonged), party goers were eased back into a comfortable scene with booze, palms trees twinkling with christmas lights, and Shamu.

Stripping, PBR Tallboys & A Birthday At Bardot

Go HERE for more photos from the night and tag yourself and your friends! Wednesday night, things got extra wild (read: people got naked) at Bardot 's weekly La Boum party. Many of the usual suspects and scenesters were there in full force but the night had a special twist, doubling as the birthday celebration of one of its hosts (and our favorite L.A. party boy), BJ Panda Bear , who debuted his highly anticipated musical act, BJ Panda Bear & Nico

Tequila Appreciation Night At Malo

Go HERE for more photos by Nick Kinney & Michael Young and tag yourself and your friends! Last night, Silver Lake's Monday night taco destination, Malo , hosted a special sit down tasting and dinner with Herradura Antiguo Tequila for their Tequila Appreciation Society fiesta.  Guests enjoyed a variety of spicy salsas, tacos, ceviches and some special tequila selections to wash it all down. Although the room was decorated with piñatas, a necessity for any Mexican-themed gathering, there was no bat-swinging to get to the candy inside. You know, because blindfolded, staff-wielding tequila-sauced adults could be dangerous .  The Mexican agave liquor makes people do some crazy things but these guests kept it pretty civilized as they sipped on the shots and cocktails at the proper dinner party table.  We're thinking holding your tequila with dignity must be one of the requirements to become a member of the Society

Beats And Freaks At EDC Friday

For thirteen years rave junkies have been uniting to celebrate “blooming beats, funkified freaks, and full sized carnival rides” at the Electric Daisy Carnival . This year, LA's finest certainly came out in full force, decked out in tutus, bunny ears, and wardrobe stolen from Lady Gaga's closet on crack. Yeah, we weren't kidding about the “funkified freaks.” DJs and electo acts such as Kaskade, Deadmaus, Moby , Steve Aoki , Travis X A-Trak, put ravers in a trance for over 12 hours and encouraged fist pumping, mass moshing, and some good body flailing
