[Photo via ] Paradise Cove was once one of Malibu 's most noted beaches admired for its everlasting beauty, but as of late, the beach has turned to shit, quite literally. Last year when Heal The Bay passed out their infamous report card s, we were horrified to learn that Paradise Cove totally flunked, as in “F”. The beach just didn't make the cut due to their crappy situation, with waters testing high in fecal bacteria.
On Sunday on Santa Monica Beach, a young musician built awareness and raised money for his Johnny Cash tribute band, “Cash Back.” With his slicked back hair, black slacks and leather boots, the Cash impersonator took to his sandy stage and challenged the curious Father's Day crowd as he labored through their favorite JC requests. While his guitar playing was adequate and he appeared to know all the words, he sounded nothing like the distinctive baritone from Nashville.
